Wally King, President

Wally’s industry-leading expertise is the product of his management experience with such major corporations as Hertz, Flexcar and Zipcar. He pioneered practical wellness programs with his teams to consistently achieve the highest operational performance among his peers. Wally holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz and received his CHHC at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. He is also a certified yoga instructor and certified in clinical hypnotherapy.

Eileen Robertson, Executive Vice President

Eileen was an IT consultant for Intel and Amazon before founding Fit Together LLC, a company committed to lifestyle coaching. Eileen’s practical experience as an IT consultant and life coach made her a recognized specialist in propelling the success of business professionals in corporate wellness. Eileen holds a BS in Management Science from Virginia Tech, and a MBA from Case Western Reserve University. She also has a CHHC from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NewYork. She is an ACE certified personal and group fitness trainer, and a yoga instructor.

Heather Blanchard is the Director of the Center for Health & Wellness at Blue Shield of California.  She oversees Blue Shield’s comprehensive integrated programs designed to help improve the health of Blue Shield’s three million members.  From wellness programs that inspire and incent healthy habits, to 24/7 support services that give individuals better control of their health any time day or night, to complex case management for those individuals with acute needs, Heather is responsible for cost-effective programs for immediate and long-term results.  She oversees consulting on wellness program design and implementation tailored to employers’ goals and their employees’ needs, including administration of incentives to maximize engagement and outcomes.  Heather also manages comprehensive, population-based health management programs that include innovative interventions such as home visits and biometric monitoring for those with acute, chronic and complex conditions.  These programs address the total healthcare needs of the individual and support primary care physicians in meeting patient needs to reduce overall healthcare costs.

Chris Long is a well-rounded health care operating executive with particular focus in population health management, payer operations, ebusiness and integrated delivery system development.  He has deep expertise in operations, turnaround, integration and business process outsourcing.  Chris is currently President of ClearTurn Consulting, Inc. which specializes in advising healthcare payers and providers with a variety of strategic efforts including performance turnaround, ACO development, outsourcing and interim executive management.  Previously, Chris was COO of StayWell Health Management where he led Operations, IT and Analytics and was responsible for the integration of StayWell’s acquisition of LifeMasters, where he was General Manager prior to its acquisition.  Prior to that, Chris developed and led a Business Process Outsourcing Center of Excellence at Blue Shield of California.  Early in his career, Chris was with a boutique management consulting firm assisting health systems with strategic planning and new business venture development.

Jin Lee specializes in the area of clinical psychology, with an emphasis on the impacts of lifestyle choices on the behaviors and reality of her clients.  A former US Operations Manager for Interesse International, a Global HR consulting firm, Jin has leaned first-hand what challenges are faced in all levels of business, and has tied her education in Psychology to her performance as a business-woman. Jin moved to the United States from Japan at the age of 18, not knowing a word of English, and without financial support or local family to aid her mission of helping humanity.  While working full-time in business, Jin earned her Bachellors Degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Masters in Psychology from Pepperdine University.  Jin is currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, while practicing extern clinical work with UC Irvine and CHOC (Childrens Hospital of Orange County). Jin has pursued her lifelong passion for helping humanity by volunteering her time with Didi Hirsch mental services as a suicide prevention specialist and Suicide Response Team member since 2003.  Jin also holds certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Bill’s career started after he was recruited by Exxon Corporation after he received his MBA in International Business and his undergraduate degree in Finance from Boston College. He was then recruited by Kidder Peabody, an Investment Bank on Wall Street to become the firm’s International Controller where he headed all financial and operational activity in London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Hong Kong and Tokyo. His International skills were then utilized by another Wall Street firm Shearson Lehman Brothers, where he spent a great deal of time in London, dealing with SEAQ (Stock Exchange Automated Quote) and in Tokyo with the MOF (Ministry of Finance). Bill then expanded his skill base with his involvement in Middle Market M&A where he became a recognized speaker on Middle Market issues. He headed up all East coast M&A activity for Geneva Capital Markets, later acquired by Citigroup in New York. Bill had a dozen Managing Directors reporting to him and was involved in over 1000 valuations and over 100 closed transactions. During this time he personally consulted with over 600 CEO’s of Middle Market companies. In 2000 Bill became the CFO of Media Arts (NYSE –MDA). Within six months he was promoted to EVP and the #2 executive in the company. Media Arts represented artists and had approximately 500 employees. In 2005,   Bill became EVP and head of M&A for Impac Corporation (NYSE – IPC). Bill currently is on the Board of Directors of three privately held companies and one non-profit. He is the father to Christopher (NYC) and Jason (Philadelphia). Bill holds a World Record in fitness and is a Keynote Speaker in Health and Fitness. In his spare time, Bill provides educational guidance and motivational direction to high school and college students through his company called Success4Teens.com.
